Did you order your copy of Inferno in the last week of July but have not yet received it?

It’s on the way!

Last week, we discovered, to our dismay, that a batch of orders from the last week of July were never shipped. As soon as we discovered this we alerted the warehouse that ships for us. All these books have now been shipped.  We apologize for the error and hope you enjoy your book, which should arrive shortly.

We have also received several inquiries from customers whose books just took too long to get to them. We are taking steps now to accelerate our shipping process.  We are a small publisher focused on books we believe in. We will never be as fast as Amazon, or be able to ship as cheaply. But we have heard your concerns and we hope to speed up the process materially.
